This course provides students with a broad understanding of help desk and support service, business practices and the tools and technology most frequently used to support those business practices. This course focuses on a generic description of software that might be used, also teaches students to retrieve the most up-to-date information about general IT and support business practices by using the Internet as a resource for white papers, product demonstrations, and trial versions of software. Prerequisite: Successful completion of at least 30 credit hours and CMAP 2825. (1 hr lec, 2 hrs lab) Capstone Course
