Principles of chemistry with some inorganic applications. Chemistry for life science students and other students not requiring a rigorous preparation in theories and principles. CHEM 1000 and CHEM 2300 satisfy full-year requirements for general, organic, and biochemistry. Prerequisite: Placement at math level 3 or above or concurrent enrollment in MATH 0930.
