Description:
Indoor Cycling is a full-body, low-impact, aerobic exercise that can help strengthen the heart, lower blood pressure, boost energy, burn off extra fat, tone legs and stomach, reduce stress and tension, and boost peak performance. This course emphasizes everyones individual needs, regardless of athletic ability and is taught in a group atmosphere through participation on specially built cycles. (.5 hr lec, .5 hr lab)
