PHTK 1710 Pharmacology I (3L,3CR) This course provides an introductory study of therapeutic drug categories which will involve not only a consideration of commonly used drugs, but also basic principles of pharmacology and pharmaceutics. Prerequisite: admission to the Certificate or Associate of Science in pharmacy technology program, or instructor permission. Concurrent enrollment in PHTK 1600 and 1650. May be used as CE for licensed technicians.
