FREN 2030 Second Year French I (4L,4CR) [E] This course focuses on the increased development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in French. Students review and expand upon grammar points which facilitate successful communication at the ACTFL (American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages) Intermediate High Level. Language laboratory times are required as needed. Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or better in FREN 1020, CLEP test result, equivalent of 5-6 years of middle/junior high and high school French with a cumulative "B" average or better in those classes, or instructor's permission.
