EDEC 1200 Administration in Early Childhood Programs (3L,3CR) Designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop skills in both the business and human relations components of administering centers for young children. Includes procedures in establishing early childhood centers; administrative forms; fiscal management; selection, development, and motivation of staff; parent and community involvement; and program regulations and evaluation.
