Provides professional child development and early education majors with an in-depth experience working with families and staff. Students gain experience in observing and assessing early childhood programs, planning and presenting staff trainings/professional workshops, staff supervision, writing newsletters, and other professional documents and professional activities. Prerequisites: senior standing, FCSC 2121, 4127, 4128, or an equivalent upper division course.
