Seminar in structure and development of the Earth's crust. Topics include structure and geochemistry of the Precambrian plate tectonics in the Precambrian early history of the Earth, seismic refraction crustal models, seismic reflection crustal models, and crustal genesis. Prerequisites: admission is by consent of instructor, GEOL 4610 and one semester of geophysics.
