Anatomical basis of disease in mammals. Emphasis on concepts of pathogenesis of disease, and the gross, microscopic and clinicopathological changes associated with lesions: cell injury and death; cellular degeneration; disturbances of growth and circulation; neoplasia; inflammation; and recognition of gross and microscopic tissue changes. Background in immunology will be beneficial. Dual listed with PATB 4130. Prerequisites: C or better in LIFE 2022.
