Students will build on their patient-centered skills from PHCY 6350 by interpreting evidence, prioritizing patient needs, and formulating and monitoring evidence-based care plans. These skills will be essential as students begin advanced pharmacy practice experiences. Prerequisite: grade of C or higher in PHCY6350.
