Four-week rotation in hospital pharmacy practice completed under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist. Patient-care activities will include basic drug therapy and patient assessment, prospective drug utilization reviews, participating in the hospital's medication distribution process, performing calculations, compounding preparations and understanding pharmacy's role within the health-system through interdisciplinary interactions. Prerequisites: Grade of Cor higher in PHCY6352 and 6354 and satisfactory completion of all courses within P1 curriculum (i.e. has attained P2 standing).
