Explores the policy underpinnings of ENR issues and legal responses to these problems. Gain a basic understanding of (1) the causes of environmental problems, including energy, water, wildlife, and other western land use issues; (2) the range of policy and instrument choices; and (3) the approaches actually taken in current laws.
