PEAC 2004 Physical Fitness and Wellness IV (2LB,1CR) This physical education activity course is open to all students. It is designed as an open laboratory to accommodate each student's needs. Emphasis is placed in three areas of physical fitness: strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Pin select weight machines will be used in circuit training concept to develop more effectively one's level of physical fitness. Free weights are also available. Orientation for the class is required. Prerequisite: PEAC 2003.
