This course prepares students for the service industry. Emphasis is placed on the principles of exceptional customer service, work ethic, personal effectiveness, managing difficult customers, developing computer and writing skills used in the service industry. Students who have credit in CUST 1551, CUST 1552, CUST 1553, and CUST 1554 may not receive duplicate credit for this course. Students earning credit in CUST 1550 may not earn credit in QSCS 1550.
