Description:
Introduces the student to the collection, preservation and analysis of biological, chemical, physical and other forensic evidence from the crime scene. Also includes work with trace evidence including hair, fibers, etc. Instruction will encompass crime scene management and evidence collection as well as laboratory analysis procedures. Prerequisite: BIOL 1000 or BIOL 1010, CRMJ 2120 and CRMJ 2550 with a grade of "C" or better. 2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab.
