Description:
An applied lab course illustrating techniques and approaches common to Environmental Science in which students actively participate in analyses of water, soil, climate, and organisms generating assessments of environmental quality and function. Emphasis is placed on techniques used to sample and analyze patterns in biotic systems while assessing their interactions with humans. Class meetings will occur over 2 weekends. Prerequisite: BIOL 1080 or concurrent enrollment. (1 hrs lab)
