Description:
Students develop the knowledge and skills needed to install and administer server hardware and operating systems. Students learn about the architecture, virtualization, installation, server roles, monitoring, performance, disaster recovery, security, licensing models, and troubleshooting of industry-standard servers and operating systems. Students also learn about system networking including network services and IPv4 and IPv6 addressing. At the conclusion of this course, students may be eligible to sit for the CompTIA Server+ certification exam or an equivalent.
