This course is designed to provide final semester registered nursing students with an opportunity to obtain leadership and clinical experience in the application of all previously learned knowledge and skills in various clinical settings. Students will work in a collaborative role with their instructor and one-on-one with clinical preceptors to develop their leadership skills, nursing judgment, critical thinking skills, and nursing skill practice and competency.
