ES 1040 A Gamer's Road to Engineering (2L,2LB,2 CR) Electronic entertainment has become a ubiquitous form of past time for citizens around the world. It can be experienced on a singular level or as part of a collaborative or competitive effort. The barrier to entry is low, and it can also serve as a gateway towards higher level function of collaboration and problem solving. Hands on application will include dedicated immersion periods in PC and/or console content. Course presentation will be a combination of lecture/lab approach to promote collaborative and cooperative learning.
