A course designed to illustrate the relationship between lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, fitness, etc.), and personal wellness. Emphasis is placed on the role of exercise in wellness. Course will include lecture and laboratory experiences. Concurrent enrollment in PEAC 1032, 1033, 1036, 1273 is not allowed. 1 hour lecture, 1 hour lab.
