Musicianship I: Musical Theatre (3CR) (3L) This course is a first semester course which focuses on the fundamentals of Musical Theatre including an exploration of music theory concepts specifically designed for Musical Theatre majors. Through this course, students will explore fundamental music structure through text analysis, music/rhythmic reading, and principles of aural theory while developing basic piano skills. This is the first of two Musicianship courses which form the foundation for other content for the Musical Theatre degree.
