This course is a continuation of the SOWK 1460 and SOWK 2460. This 96-hour supervised field experience is designed to give the student an opportunity to integrate previous academic learning with practical experiences in a social work setting. The student will evaluate areas of social work and social welfare through volunteer placement with an agency providing services to individuals or groups. A weekly seminar, in addition to the agency hours worked, is required. Prerequisites: Completion of SOWK 1460 and SOWK 2460. (1 lect., 6 lab)
