The goal of this course is to enhance students' understanding of major decisions, and to explore the role such decisions play in value creation within a corporation. Some issues covered in the course will include analyzing companies' historical performance, forecasting future performance, estimating hurdle rates, and analyzing resource allocation choices. Prerequisites: Admission to MS Finance and/or CFP Certificate Program, or department approval.
