This course introduces students to the key methods used to evaluate investments in energy industry projects from the perspective of the developer as well as the lender and other stakeholders. Topics include project finance modeling, techno-economic considerations, business structures, regulatory and legal issues, risk analysis, and deal terms. Prerequisites: Admission to the MBA or Energy Business certificate program, or permission of the MBA Program Director.
