Students practice advanced writing, editing, photography, graphics, layout, and printing skills to create lengthy, complex documents and publications. Students use industry-standard desktop publishing software to develop multiple master pages and templates, create a table of contents and index for a book, prepare color separations, write headlines and photo cutlines, and apply principles of color theory, good design and proper typography. Projects include advertisements, logos, fliers, business forms, informational graphics, newsletters, newspapers and books. Prerequisite: Completion of MMMM 2310.
