Topics explored will be the great mother/goddess concept, effects of a male dominated (patriarchal) culture on women, the role of women in a culture that worshiped a feminine deity, a comparison of ancient feminine mythology with more recent cultural myths, and how the feminine is expressed in other cultures myths, i.e., Native American, Asian, and others.
