Students will progress through a variety of case studies and role-playing exercises, which include gathering requirements, designing basic networks, establishing proof-of-concept, and performing project management tasks. In addition, lifecycle services, including upgrades, competitive analyses, and system integration, are presented in the context of pre-sale support. Prerequisites: Successful completion of CMAP 1955 with a grade of "C" or better. 2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab.
