The presentation and application of statistical inference. Topics include measures of central tendency, variance and standard deviation, probability modes, inference for means and proportions, analysis of variance for one-way classification, and an introduction to linear regression and correlation. Credit cannot be earned in more than one of the following: STAT 2010, 2050, or 2070.
